Baby Time :)

Another pair of booties for a friend who is having a boy.

No its not me, you think I am crazy... well ok I am crazy, but not that kind of crazy. Two is enough for me. One of my long time friends from high school is lucky enough to be having a baby girl so I made a couple of little things for her. My friend LOVES purses. So I thought it only necessary that her little girl also have a purse that rattled. This was my own design and I did not follow a pattern. It was pretty simple. I used an Organic Cotton that was baby safe as knowing babies this would be in her mouth. I made the flower first, then the handle and then the rectangle purse with a tapered end. I used beans for the rattle so it has a nice soothing sound as to an annoying jingle bell. Booties are a simple booties pattern then I added a purple ribbon to tie them on and add some flair :) they are soft worsted acrylic and wool combo.

We Match......aint we cute!

Ok I look horrible, but hey no kids around to model and hubby wouldn't do this one. The dog however had no issues of modeling, he never does. This is my attempt at purple camo which I have yet to find in yarn so I made my own pattern. This is a DC scarf and a SC bandana. All of it is Red Heart Yarn, which I find works really well for dog stuff in particular. Its very durable and nice bright colors.

Fingerless...........

Here is another pair of fingerless gloves in camo being modeled by my husband. These are slightly larger. This was made with Bernat yarn and using a G hook.

My first pair of fingerless gloves to be sent to AZ so my girlfriend can type in her office since she gets froze out by her co-workers. This was made with Sugar N'Cream yarn.

Lets Go Riding!

Here is the bridle I made for my daughters horse. Its all SC and one piece. The brow band was the only added piece at the end. This was made with Sugar N'Cream Yarn.

Figure Skater? Model? .......Nah.....6 yr old :)

Here is my daughter modeling a scarf and fingerless gloves that I made for my neighbor and friend for her birthday. This is made with Marbled yarn.
